Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and the operator of chatbot.ai (“chatbot.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of lorava.ai/chat and any related websites, products,
features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law, to use the Services.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the
permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services, you represent that:
● You meet the applicable age requirements;
● You have the legal capacity or required permission to accept these Terms;
● You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
● The information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that
organization.
2. Description of the Services
chatbot.ai provides online tools and related functionality that may allow users to upload, process, edit, convert,
analyze, generate, export, or otherwise work with files and content.
Available features may vary depending on location, device, browser, product version, and technical conditions.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Services will always operate without
interruption.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account or provide an email address.
You agree to:
● Provide accurate and current information;
● Keep your account information updated;
● Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
● Not share your account with unauthorized persons;
● Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account;
● Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not impersonate another person, use information you do not have permission to use, or create accounts through
deceptive or unauthorized automated methods.
We may restrict or suspend an account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or used in violation of these
Terms.
4. Permission to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the Services or any related intellectual property to you.
5. Uploaded Files and User Content
The Services may allow you to submit files, documents, images, text, prompts, instructions, or other content (“User
Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited permission to access, transmit, reproduce, modify, and process that
content only as necessary to:
● Provide the feature requested by you;
● Produce and deliver the requested result;
● Maintain the security and technical operation of the Services;
● Diagnose processing errors;
● Comply with applicable law.
We do not permanently store or retain uploaded files. Uploaded files and temporary processing copies are automatically
deleted after processing is completed.
We do not use uploaded files or their contents for advertising purposes or to train public or general-purpose artificial
intelligence models.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your User
Content.
6. Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
● You own your User Content or have permission to use it;
● Your User Content does not violate applicable law;
● Your User Content does not infringe another person’s rights;
● Your use of the Services complies with these Terms;
● You will review processing results before relying on or distributing them.
We do not review or verify every file submitted through the Services.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
● Violate any applicable law or regulation;
● Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
● Upload content you do not have the right to use;
● Process stolen, unlawfully obtained, or illegally disclosed information;
● Upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful files;
● Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
● Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
● Bypass technical safeguards, rate limits, or access restrictions;
● Use unauthorized automated systems to scrape or access the Services;
● Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, except where permitted by law;
● Create an unreasonable load on the Services;
● Impersonate another person;
● Engage in fraud, phishing, spam, deception, or abuse;
● Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
● Create or distribute unlawful or exploitative content;
● Conduct unauthorized surveillance or tracking;
● Test the security of the Services without permission;
● Resell or commercially redistribute the Services without permission;
● Help another person engage in prohibited conduct.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access where appropriate.
8. Sensitive Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Services are not designed for storing or processing highly sensitive or regulated
information.
You should not submit:
● Passwords or authentication credentials;
● Complete payment card or financial account information;
● Government-issued identification numbers;
● Highly sensitive medical information;
● Classified or legally restricted information;
● Information subject to professional confidentiality requirements;
● Personal information you are not authorized to disclose.
You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for the information you submit.
9. Processing Results
Results produced through the Services may contain errors, omissions, formatting changes, or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing results before:
● Relying on them;
● Publishing or distributing them;
● Submitting them to another person or organization;
● Using them for important decisions.
The Services and their results do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional
advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions involving significant rights, obligations,
health, safety, or financial interests.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, technology, interfaces, designs, graphics, text, branding, logos, features, and
documentation, are owned by the operator of chatbot.ai or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual
property laws.
Except for the limited permission granted under these Terms, no rights in the Services are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services
without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This provision does not transfer ownership of your uploaded files or User Content to us.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on, integrate with, or refer to third-party products, software, platforms, or services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy
practices.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
● The availability of third-party services;
● The accuracy of third-party content;
● The privacy or security practices of third parties;
● Losses resulting from your use of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
13. Advertising
We may use advertising platforms to promote the Services and measure campaign performance.
Advertising platforms may use cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies to measure visits, referrals, user
actions, and conversions, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may become unavailable because of:
● Maintenance or updates;
● Technical failures;
● Network or infrastructure problems;
● Security incidents;
● Third-party service interruptions;
● Events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services ends.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
● Merchantability;
● Fitness for a particular purpose;
● Title;
● Non-infringement;
● Accuracy;
● Reliability;
● Availability;
● Security.
We do not warrant that:
● The Services will always be available;
● The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
● Every defect will be corrected;
● Results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose;
● Every file will process successfully;
● Use of the Services will meet every user requirement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of chatbot.ai and any contributors, contractors,
licensors, or service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages.
This includes loss of:
● Data;
● Files;
● Content;
● Profits;
● Revenue;
● Business opportunities;
● Reputation;
● Use of the Services.
We will not be liable for damages arising from:
● Your use of or inability to use the Services;
● Errors or inaccuracies in processing results;
● Loss or corruption of files;
● Unauthorized account access;
● Third-party services;
● Reliance on results produced through the Services;
● Changes to or discontinuation of the Services;
● Conduct or content of another user or third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the operator of chatbot.ai arising out of
or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed US$100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of chatbot.ai and any contributors, contractors, licensors, or service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
● Your use of the Services;
● Your User Content;
● Your violation of these Terms;
● Your violation of applicable law;
● Your infringement of another person’s rights;
● Your fraud, misuse, or willful misconduct.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the applicable laws determined
under relevant conflict-of-law rules.
Legal proceedings may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction as determined under applicable law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and the operator of chatbot.ai agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve
the dispute through good-faith communication, except where immediate legal or equitable relief is necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
● The Services;
● Our operating practices;
● Applicable laws;
● Technical or security requirements.
When these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to
the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
22. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of chatbot.ai
regarding the Services.
Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission.
We may transfer the operation of the Services and related rights and obligations as part of a sale, restructuring, or
similar transaction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create rights for any third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural
disasters, infrastructure failures, network outages, government actions, civil unrest, or security incidents.

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
